Important
Dangerous-goods acceptance should be checked using the current shipment information. A previous shipment of the same product does not automatically confirm acceptance on a different route or sailing.

Do Previous Cargo and Cleaning Matter?

The actual load needs to fit both the permissible filling condition and the transport weight limits. The loading site must also be able to physically receive and load the tank.

ISO tank is not the same as reefer transport
An ISO tank may have insulation or a heating arrangement depending on the unit, but the temperature behavior and required heating process need to be reviewed around the actual cargo.
If the shipment requires an actively controlled temperature environment rather than a tank-heating solution, a different transport concept may need to be considered.

Can the Route Change the Feasibility?
